Chilli Head was created by Jeff Griggs who has been a chef for over 35 years and a Chilli Head for over 25 years. His fascination with the origin, history and use of chillies has taken him around the globe to research this incredible plant. On his travels Jeff discovered the importance of chillies in many cultures in particular the Mayans. The Mayans have been incorporating chillies into their culture for over 2,000 years, making them the first Chilli Heads.

All our products are made with fresh ingredients and contain no artificial flavours or preservatives. Each authentic recipe features a different variety of chilli and great care is taken to stay true to the original nationality of both the ingredients and method of cooking. The end result is a hand crafted product with a taste that will transport you to a food market in Thailand or even a fiesta in Mexico.
